Kim is passionate about digital transformation, AI, and IT procurement. An early adopter of AI tools, she collaborates with data scientists to drive innovation and efficiency. At Kellanova, she partnered on the development of a tool that reviews SOWs and CRs, bypassing manual processes and saving hours on non-strategic tasks. Her dedication to supplier diversity earned her the South Florida Minority Supplier Diversity Advocate Award during her tenure at ADT Security Services, Inc., recognizing her efforts in promoting diverse suppliers within large organizations. Before joining Kellanova, Kim began her career in sales and marketing at Coca-Cola, spending nine years there before transitioning to IT/Telecom Procurement. She has held key roles at ADT Security Services/Tyco, DHL, True Value Hardware, Alight Solutions, and Discover Financial Services, specializing in IT/Telecom Procurement. Kim holds a BA from Florida International University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School, and a PMP Certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
